We are seriously in need of new mgmt at cimarron springs apts in cleburne ,tx.The manager does not care what happens.Residents have reported numerous things the children have tore up or destroyed and she does nothing to correct it.All she does is sit in the office behind her desk and never walks the property.The cops are out here all the time.This property was alot better when Susie and Dale Brown were mgmt.please do something us residents want some help to return the property to what is was when we first moved in.Plus their are numerous trip hazzards we have asked to be fixed and nothing has been done.what does it take for them to get off their rear someone getting seriously hurt? For some reason work orders disappear all the time.The disabled cannot go in the pool because they are told they have to wear a swimsuit .some are not comfortable in them.they send out notices but nevr inforce any of them. Their is to be no alcohol in the pool at all, but it has been in there all summer.Is it going to take someone getting hurt or someone drowning. Please corporate do something now before it is to late.
