We DON""T need new management at Cimarron Springs, we need new tenants that take pride in where they live. All of the property that is destroyed by other people's children can only be corrected by that child's parent, not management. I have seen maintenance staff fixing the same things over and over again trying to maintain safety, but parents don't have control over their children and allow them to destroy property. The rules are rules and if people want to complain publicly that the rules are not enforced then they should not be breaking them. Proper attire is required to swim in the pool and just because you are handicapped and not comfortable with your weight does not give you the right to break the rules to accommodate you. I am a large person and I wear a bathing suit because it is the rule. Funny how it's always the ones that get everything for free that expect those working to fix it all for them. Complain to the parents enough and maybe they will begin to keep their kids under control. I have seen staff that lives on property approached while spending time with his family at the pool by residents with issues and he always seems to put his family on hold to take care of their concerns. I have lived here for 4 years and the current management staff is the BEST they have had since this property has opened. It's ashame that those on scooter patrol have nothing better to do with their time than find fault in the people that are not at fault. And if the property and management is in such shambles then why do you continue to live here? Oh yeah, that's right, because it IS the nicest, most well maintained property in all of Cleburne. And please, Dale and Susie the best managers??? There's a reason they aren't here anymore either. From what I hear from other residents is that the person complaining on the managers need to worry more about the INSIDE of their apartment rather than the OUTSIDE of the rest of the complex when it comes to being cleaned and maintained.
