After days of shopping around for a quote, I contacted Nationwide Relocation Services. They offered me the most reasonable quote that fit my price range, so I decided go with them and booked the move. I spoke to a rep named Jan Marquis; she was really friendly and courteous. On the day of the move, the movers arrived about an hour and a half late; hence delaying everything. After several calls to Ms. Marquis, we concluded that there was a miss communication between us with the actual pick-up time. Even though the movers were late I have to give them credit because they did an exceptional job, so it somewhat made up for all the confusion. All in all, the service was good, and I wouldn?t mind working with them again, next time I need to get my point across more clearly.
