I had high expectations of this contractor based on their initial customer service and quick response after my a/c stopped cooling in the middle of the night. The 2 techs were at my home that morning. That is when it all went downhill quick. they diagnosed my problem quickly, but would not give me a price for the repair. Then they tried to sell me two grand worth of a/c refurb and coil cleanings I did not need. When they finally gave me a price for the repair it was so ridiculously overpriced I declined to have them do the job and paid the service call fee only. I went in my to get my checkbook while the tech ""restored"" my a/c to the ""original condition"" he found it. A fact he very conspicuous told me about when I paid him. I later found out from a rival company, he had inverted my wiring and depleted my Freon level. Had the other tech not noticed the sabotaged wiring, I would have ended up with a fried a/c. This company employs SHADY and unethical techs. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!
