I was very pleased with thomas the tech (#36-1160) from Hartford. He took the time to explain what the problem was and what he planned to do to fix it. It was nice knowing his goal was to stay untill the problem was fixed. our problem was roots from an old tree in the yard that was blooking the pipe, he even showed us the roots. he took the time to explain what the cost was to replace the pipe if we dediced to do so.
