I was in the clinic recently and was shocked by their new employee. Her name is Mary Ellen, and if you have any sense you will steer clear. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I could not believe her behavior, not only to me but to the rest of the staff. The receptionist has always been amazing, and I was horrified with the way Mary Ellen spoke to her. She was bossy and condescending, I was so embarrassed for this girl. I have always loved this clinic, as does my pet, but I will not go back until Mary Ellen is gone.
