I love leaving positive reviews for places that provide good service. Unfortunately I cannot do that in this case. My total bill was $120 more than the original estimate. While the Service manager admitted he made a mistake, he did not let me know until all the work had been completed and was unwilling to come down on the extra charge. I realize this is commonplace in this industry but you should be prepared to pay MUCH more than the original estimate. Not to mention my nice Tervis Tumbler glasses were gone when I picked up my car.
