We have been taking our vehicles to CCC for years. Bill at the front desk is friendly, patient, and well-organized and does a fantastic job of keeping a very busy garage moving smoothly. And keeping customers happy. The service on our cars has always been top-notch - these guys really know what they are doing! And they're up front with you about price and time/speed of service. more

As always, I think you guys did a fantastic job! It's so very hard to find an honest mechanic you can trust. I have left other shops always wondering if my car was in good repair, did I get what I paid for, did I really need the service they recommended - but, with Complete Car Care, I always feel satisfied and assured that they gave me the best possible service. There have been several times I brought my car in with an unknown issue and they could have told me anything (and I would have believed them because what do I know about cars), but they always research the issue and find the best, most cost-effective solution - even if the solution is low-cost/no-cost solution for me. I highly recommend these guys! more

I love leaving positive reviews for places that provide good service. Unfortunately I cannot do that in this case. My total bill was $120 more than the original estimate. While the Service manager admitted he made a mistake, he did not let me know until all the work had been completed and was unwilling to come down on the extra charge. I realize this is commonplace in this industry but you should be prepared to pay MUCH more than the original estimate. Not to mention my nice Tervis Tumbler glasses were gone when I picked up my car. more

CCC has great service techs. Anything you have done here is done quick but with competent service. Prices are also excellent as well. The location too is a plus as it is conveinient to everyone. more

Complete Car Care is an excellent place to take your car for a tune-up, oil change or repair. I have used Complete Car Care for several years and have found them to do an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Their location is very convenient to downtown and I would recommend them to everyone. more
