We were referred to this company by the manufacturer of our A/C unit and they came out, said they fixed the problem, charged us $165 and left. 2 hours later the system quit working again. we called them to come back and they acted like we were putting them out. the guy came and looked at it and told us we needed a new compressor and it would take 4 days to get it. We called another company, they picked up the part the next morning from the manufacturer in Dallas and came to install it. They then realized it was only a filter and that BCI are a bunch of idiots. do not use these people. Morons, Idiots, poor service, terrible attitude and criminaly dishonest are the words I would use to describe them.
