We just used BCI to replace 3 A/c & heating systems for our home. They were awesome! Their price was good, they were punctual, friendly and just all around a great job done! We have used them before for repairs & I've never had any negative experiences with them. They even helped us with rebates (city & manufacturer) that none of the other 3 companies told us about when they came out for estimates. If you are looking for an honest, dependable company that will do what they say - call BCI! more

Complete Idiots 8/14/2010

We were referred to this company by the manufacturer of our A/C unit and they came out, said they fixed the problem, charged us $165 and left. 2 hours later the system quit working again. we called them to come back and they acted like we were putting them out. the guy came and looked at it and told us we needed a new compressor and it would take 4 days to get it. We called another company, they picked up the part the next morning from the manufacturer in Dallas and came to install it. They then realized it was only a filter and that BCI are a bunch of idiots. do not use these people. Morons, Idiots, poor service, terrible attitude and criminaly dishonest are the words I would use to describe them. more

These guys are very professional, they know their stuff, and they are very competitive, even if they were higher in price which they aren't, I would still pay,,, for the quick response and the professionalism,, Andy and his team are quality folks... more
