Bought some furniture from their Cedar Park outfit in late '07 and was excited with the look and feel of the leather recliner-rockers I purchased. In no time the rockers were squeaking. I was told they could not help me with the mechanical pieces, only the leather.\r

Here I am three years later, still paying on furniture that is not only squeaking, but is now broken!! They can't even give me information on replacement parts so that I can do it myself, or an outfit who can fix it!\r

Turns out most of their inventory is made in China!! \r
\r
I will never shop RTG again. Once they got you, they abandon you!! Buyer beware!!!
