Bought some furniture from their Cedar Park outfit in late '07 and was excited with the look and feel of the leather recliner-rockers I purchased. In no time the rockers were squeaking. I was told they could not help me with the mechanical pieces, only the leather.\r \r Here I am three years later, still paying on furniture that is not only squeaking, but is now broken!! They can't even give me information on replacement parts so that I can do it myself, or an outfit who can fix it!\r \r Turns out most of their inventory is made in China!! \r \r I will never shop RTG again. Once they got you, they abandon you!! Buyer beware!!! more

Delivery 10/10/2006

I bought a table and chairs the first of September and was told it would not be delivered until the end of Sept. I gave directions, which were evidently lost because they could not find my house. They said they tried to call me, which I never received the call, so they dropped my delivery and did not try to call me back. I called to find out where my table and chairs were and was told I would have to reschedule delivery, weeks away. I will NEVER do business with this store again. PROS: None CONS: Delivery more
