This is a complaint. I just recently cancelled an order with Belfort for a kitchen table after it was never delivered and I could not get a straight answer on when it would be. \r

I ordered the table on June 6th and was told 3 weeks delivery. When it did not come after 3 weeks I called Belfort. This is the first bad sign, Belfort should call the customer if something is late, the customer should not have to go looking for their furniture. I was told it would not be in until the end of August and if I had a problem with it to call the salesperson. \r

I left a vm for my salesperson Philip but never received a return call. I called back a few times to see if I could cancel my order and was always told to talk to the salesperson or transferred to a sales line with a ringing phone that nobody answered. Customer service also told me they were emailing philip and asking him to get in touch with me. \r
