Very disappointing. The Silo's prices and white table cloths led my wife and I to expect good food and service. The service was horrid. While the main dishes were okay, the side vegetables were overcooked and rubbery. The owner made a pass through the restaurant and made a joke with people at an adjacent table about there being no need to go anywhere else to get good food. He either doesn't know what good food is, or he's delusional. Either way, skip this place.
