I have had two BAD experiences at "the Best Salon & Spa." I one time called for an appointment to get my nails done, was told what time to come in, when I got there I was told that there was no one there to do them. Since he didn't take my name and number, he couldn't call me back. I recently called to make an appointment, again for my nails, and was told what time to come in. I went in, sat down, she started soaking off my nails and she then asked me if I was getting a pedicure also. I said no... once AGAIN they screwed up and I had to leave the salon without getting my nails done. The receptionist sat and argued with me about my appointment that SHE made. There was NO attempt what so ever to try to help me. Will NEVER go back.. like the saying goes.. fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me!
