The manager is Emily and she gives horrible customer service. My friend just received a really good deal on her service and if I could get the same deal, I would have signed a new contract. She told me they did not offer that deal and said she could look up my friends plan. We were interupted before I could give her the # and she walked away. When she was finished with that client she saw I was still their and ignored me. Who does that? Obviously, she does not want people to come back to her store. more
