The manager is Emily and she gives horrible customer service. My friend just received a really good deal on her service and if I could get the same deal, I would have signed a new contract. She told me they did not offer that deal and said she could look up my friends plan. We were interupted before I could give her the # and she walked away. When she was finished with that client she saw I was still their and ignored me. Who does that? Obviously, she does not want people to come back to her store. more

All the employees are extremely helpful and willing to take the time to answer any questions and give their opinions on quality of hardware and to explain how to do the things I need done. Great staff 9/14/2007

This location has really friendly and funny staff (although a few wanted to chat with each other about non-work stuff in front of employees). However, I hate my service! The "basic rate" is jacked up every month by ridiculous charges I can't understand. I'm going back to T-Mobile asap. more
