My dog needed a dental and some vaccines, so I thought I'd try out this hospital. They took my dog in the back to get the vaccines done while I had to wait in the waiting room. Most vets will easily give the vaccines right in front of you in the exam room. My dog was then called in to an exam room (so why couldn't I see him getting the vaccines?) for a physical before they could write up an estimate for the dental. The vet didn't even introduce herself. She simply said "Hi" and proceded to ask the usual questions about eating/drinking/peeing/pooping habits. We had thought she was one of the technicians until she continued with the physical. After leading us out the door, still without knowing her name, we went to the front desk to wait for the estimate on the dental. Without the possibility of extractions and the lump removal we had asked for, the cost was going to be over $700.
