Brady Flanary is on a different level than all other competitors. We had a problem with our a/c. My wife called another established local company with over 50yrs experience. They sent a tech out and he said we had a coolant leak and it would be too expensive to find. He told my wife just to call when the a/c stops blowing cool air and they would come out and recharge it for $160 each time. I called the company and told them I wanted the problem fixed. The woman who answered the phone told me they could not get the parts for any older systems (ours is only 9yrs old) because of the new refrigerant laws. I hung up the phone and called Brady Flanary. Two hours later, a tech showed up at my house, in uniform, with a company vehicle with signage. He found the problem and gave us a quote, which we accepted. They ordered the parts and set up a date to install them 3 days later. Everything works great. I will only use Brady Flanary from here on out. I hope you guys have a company of this calibe
