HORRIBLE customer care. These people first and foremost care about taking your money. Most (if not all but maybe one) of the vets here are straight out of Vet school and this place seems to train these new vets to pull as much money out of you as possible. I had the same experience as someone else who posted on here as far as Banfield vets and nurses trying to get you to have every possible test run even when they have nothing to do with the problem. It's really sleazy and will rub you the wrong way. With that being the most important thing in these people's work day, they hardly focus on the pet's real illness at all. And it is as if they don't give a damn about your pet at all. Just your money. I HATE this place for that. What a crappy way of being. My dog is still sick after 4 visits and they STILL haven't diagnosed him. Just give me the run around and want to take my money. AVOID THIS PLACE! I am being very sincere and honest. There are way better places to take your pet. I'm sure
