I decided to give a try with Sprint with their EVO since there was 30 day no risk trial. It was nightmare. First of all the the EVO phone batter issues, then when I returned teh phone they, refunded my money for the phone but did not cancell my actual account. I ended up getting $478.00 in billing. The representative at the store incorrectly typed my pin number. As a result customer service over the phone, did not speak to me or discuss any matter. I ended up going back to the store and wait in line for 2 hours to get the pin number straightened. Now I called the customer service and they are telling that I have to pay the bill or its going to collection. Bottom line, this is the worst service ever in the Nation. You don't have to believe me. Try it and see yourself. more
