The question is, why would I have to put my name on a waiting list as if I'm visiting a doctor's office, if I'm only there to pick up a phone that was dropped off that morning. First off, I call to ask if the phone is ready to be picked up, they say yes, so I ask, is it working? Well, you need to wait (as if it's a big surprise). Why can't they tell me over the phone and why do I have to wait 30 minutes behind people who are there asking millions of questions about a new phone? Why not use the Customer Service counter for pick ups and payments? Um, perhaps they lack common sense... Dumb as dirt.

CONS: Customer Service on the phone is the best way to go
