MY TV was stuck in Demo-mode. DT-TV came to my home to\r fix it. They brought the wrong part and ended up charging us\r $95.00 for doing absolutely nothing. Before they were able to come back literally after one month I was able to fix the problem\r myself with the help of the Toshiba 800 line. DT-TV refused to\r give us our money back even after reporting them to the better\r business bureau. Jasmin,the receptionist, was like dealing with\r an immature adolescent. Very unprofessional, and very, very bad customer serrvice. don't even waste your time with DT-TV.\r They took our $95.00 for doing nothing. just a warning. Tony more
