Great staff, however they were unable to get me into glasses I could use. Spent several hundred dollars and was stuck with un-usable glasses after my insurance made them a second time. They made no effort to help me out after insurance. I believe the prescription was wrong since the lenses were the exact same as my old ones.
After waiting for the next claim year to start, I went back to my previous doctor closer to Highway 9 on Holcomb Bridge and they were able to help me into glasses I could wear. I was able to re-use the frames, but had to pay another $200+ in lenses.
I would recommend trying elsewhere.
