Great staff, however they were unable to get me into glasses I could use. Spent several hundred dollars and was stuck with un-usable glasses after my insurance made them a second ...

Great staff, however they were unable to get me into glasses I could use. Spent several hundred dollars and was stuck with un-usable glasses after my insurance made them a second time. They made no effort to help me out after insurance. I believe the prescription was wrong since the lenses were the exact same as my old ones. After waiting for the next claim year to start, I went back to my previous doctor closer to Highway 9 on Holcomb Bridge and they were able to help me into glasses I could wear. I was able to re-use the frames, but had to pay another $200+ in lenses. I would recommend trying elsewhere. more

  • In the summer of 2002, two couples (all of whom were optometrists) met and became friends over an Atlanta Falcons game. Over the course of the following years, there would be marriages, first houses, newborns, and the formation of four optometric practices in the Metro-Atlanta area. All four practices had the same common goal: to provide comprehensive optometric services in a friendly, professional environment with the highest quality of customer service. Over time, it became clear that instead of operating separately, it made more sense to form a partnership and provide a continuity of care unlike any other private practice in the Atlanta area. With this alliance, patients would be able to find the same practice ideals they were used to, no matter their current life stage, available throughout the entire Metro-Atlanta area. We hope that when our patients see the Eye Elements name, they associate it with distinctive eyewear, the latest technological equipment, dedicated doctors and staff, and a practice where they won't be "just a number". Even though we may have multiple locations, we are at heart still a practice where the needs of our patients are a top priority.
