I started working for Agliolio's when they first opened up and I loved their food right from the get-go. Their sauces adapt to your taste as you pick your toppings. The produce, pasta, meats, milks, cheeses, etc. . . are fresh and you can taste it. Choices galore and they're not afraid of bold taste. I highly recommend starting with the fried ravioli and moving onto their Pastabilities.
