This is BY FAR my favorite Italian restaurant! They are family owned, which is nice not a chain. The food is fresh and divine. The service is great. And it's a very nice family atmosphere. I even had my dads 60th birthday party there, and they did an awesome job! I highly recommend this wonderful place. more

For those chocolate lovers out there, you have to try the homemade chocolate lasagna....just try to not eat so much pasta for dinner. My vote, go for the chocolate & wine! more

Well this is my second post. The first one was taken down for some reason. My family and I had dinner at Agliolios restaurant in Wellington florida. The food made us sick. When we tried to let Agliolio's management know about this, were were not treated very nicely. This was a very bad experience for my self and my family. I'm not going to post the 4 CRITICAL food inspection reports that this restaurant has had since it's opening in fear that my post will be taken down again. If anyone is interested please check out this link to an independent web site http://www.city-data.com/fl-restaurants/AGLIOLIO-FRESH-PASTA-WINE-BAR.html more

We love this place! How could you not?? As evidenced by how busy they are (refreshing to see these days!) and all the great reviews here and elsewhere, this place has quite the following, just as they should! Fresh, delicious, homemade food at reasonable prices, great for everyday or special occasions. My favorite dishes are the special crab-stuffed shrimp and the tilapia francese... And I love choosing a different pasta, sauce & veggie combination every time! My husband says he could eat the white pizza, the breaded chicken cutlet, or the white clam sauce 7 days a week, and I believe him. They have a great wine list and full bar to satisfy everyone, and their happy hour is the best I've seen because it doesn't exclude the premium brands. The owners (now 3 generations of family with a brand new baby-- so cool!) and manager are always there and very attentive to your needs. Introduce yourself when they stop by your table and you'll instantly be a part of the family! Don't skip dessert-- the chocolate lasagna and berry crumble are worth every calorie :) more

This is our favorite Italian restaurant in all of Florida. Pasta made fresh daily on premises. Everything cooked to order using the freshest local ingredients. Eat here at least twice a month and always look forward to it. So addicted to what they serve that I find myself craving a meal here. Great family run restaurant who knows how to please their guest. Actually feel like part of this family, they make you feel that way. The owners and management always on hand to say hello, ask how you are doing, make you feel like they really care. I recommend that everyone try this wonderful place. more

My family and I just tried to have dinner a Agliolio's restaurant. It was HORRIBLE!!! My son ordered a pizza, which he couldn't eat and I ordered the stuffed shrimp which made me throw up. I spoke with Bonnie the general manager on the phone and she was very rude with me. She made me feel that it was my fault that the food was not to my liking. I then received a call from the owner Donna and who also seemed to be upset that I didn't like their food and hung up on me before I could explain what was wrong with the food. I can't believe the other reviews on this page that say this restaurant is great. It is the worst food I've ever had and if you try and complain the management won't listen and takes offense at the complaint. Very bad experience!!!\r Email response:\r I was so looking forward to having a meal in your restaurant. I had heard such nice things about it. It's really to bad that you didn't show this type of concern last night when I tried to speak with you on the phone. I did not hang up on you in fact I heard someone say " You won't ever please him so just hang up". But that is beside the point. I did not want to try and Get something from you. My wife, my son, and I all became physically ill from the food that we were served in your restaurant. As a business owner I would think that you would possibly want to hear if your clients were getting ill. My mistake I guess. I appreciate you wanting to try and bring something else out but maybe you don't understand that when your customers are becoming ill to the point of throwing up, the last thing on our minds was more of the same thing that affected us in the first place.\r \r So when I can't reach you on the phone and try and contact you by email I get the email below. No apology, no sympathy, no compassion for my families health or welfare. Just sarcasm and slight. Did it not occur to you in the least that we might have a valid complaint? That we might have been served something that wasn't right? That could possibly hurt or affect our health?\r \r Here is the violations that your restaurant has received. The restaurant is the best kept secret in Wellington. We\r LOVE their food.. The pasta is homemade and crazy good. Everything from the soup to the chicken parm. is fabulous. The wine list is great too. Nice decor, the only possible drawback is when it is crowded the noise level is louder than most. It sure won't stop us from eating there. Our family is there almost every week. more

This is a cozy little place in a small strip mall area. Family owned and they were very friendly. The marinara sauce was fabulous! The canoli was served with chips and was a great finish to our meal. I cannot wait to go back and try something else like the veal chop- it looked really good. more

First introduced to Agliolio's as an invite for a wine tasting event. We tasted appetizers and ended with THEE most delicious dessert and met the most interesting people; restaurateurs and diners alike! \r \r My parents, friends and family visited later and to say they were like family to us is an understatement. My dad recently passed, when they heard this they not only attended the funeral, they sent a patron with food for condolences. \r \r See..this is it, its not just the delicious home made food, these people are REAL!! Their caring and prep..LIVING is from the heart...what is sorely missing this day an age. Would break bread with this family ANY day of the week. Couldn't think of a better place to not only help the economy, but how about CHEERS to THE GOOD LIFE! yup this is what Agliolio is all about. thank you my friends more

Our family of 5 went in mid-December for a small birthday celebration, the endless salad and bread was yummy and the service was perfect. My daughter's classic lasagna was piping hot and a serving size that made for her lunch the next day, my other daughter had an alfredo sauce with fresh penne and broccoli and loved it! Son had penne and sauce which was delightful as was my dinner of penne, spinach and marinara sauce. My husband had a chicken caesar salad and thought his portion was somewhat small but the dessert was the yummiest of all, chocolate lasagna! Sublime! Price, service, atmosphere and food makes this a favorite Italian restaurant in our book! more

Agliolio is a great place to go to. I was their this weekend for the first time. Their food was very good, service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was a lot of fun. I took my wife and kids and they had something for each us. (Including my 3 year old who hasn't expanded his taste buds out of the world of mac&cheese.) The food was all very good. You can really tell how fresh all the pasta is. I don't know if I will ever settle for box pasta again. After all was said and done we had the chocolate lasagna for dessert. Ya! Chocolate lasagna. It was incredible. Apprently homemade chocolate pasta and lots of other stuff. Very nice ending. So after all was said and done, dinner, dessert, wine, and a margarita, the total bill was about $60. That is a bargin for all the food we got. We even had enough food to take home for lunch the next day. Overall great experience. I will be back for sure. more

I started working for Agliolio's when they first opened up and I loved their food right from the get-go. Their sauces adapt to your taste as you pick your toppings. The produce, pasta, meats, milks, cheeses, etc. . . are fresh and you can taste it. Choices galore and they're not afraid of bold taste. I highly recommend starting with the fried ravioli and moving onto their Pastabilities. more

I went to Agliolio this weekend and it was amazing! The service was great. My wife and I sat at the bar. The food was beyond fresh. We found out the make their pasta in house every morning. I have the Penne Vodka with stuffed shrimp and my wife had the Eggplant Parm. Both came out hot fresh and made to order, which was a nice turn on the food. The BEST part about dinner was our starter, we had the Shrimp and Banana Peppers! At first we were unsure if we would like it but it was fantastic!!! I will be back just for the Shrimp! more

If you're Italian DONT go here! The pasta was extremely overcooked, the bolognese sauce tasted like ground beef mixed with katsup.....the only good item was the bread. Not a place to try....! more
