Charlie's Garage does everything in a timely manner. Everything is always done the next day, or 2 or 3 days at the most. They are really fast. I like working with them. When they fix something there are no problems.
I also like that when they fix something they educate me about it. Unlike other shops, they don't just fix something and then take your money. They will show me what happened, and what they did. They will also tell me how to avoid it happening in the future.
Charlie's Garage always answers all my questions. When my catalytic converter went out they told me all about it. They are very honest. They are there to educate their customers. I didn't know anything about cars, but they always listened and answered my questions. That is why I keep going back. I have no complaints.
