Charlie's Garage

Charlie's Garage was a referral from my brother, who had used them. This was my first time using them and they did a good job fixing the water pump and cleaning up an oil leak in my car. I have not had any issues since they worked on the car. Things were done in a timely manner and the work seems to be holding up. more

They seem to be fair, they seem to be very focus, and they communicate very well. I have a 2006 Lexus ES330 that is a salvage vehicle, that I brought to them after I bought the car from a private party. After I bought it, I noticed some issues, so I took it to Charlies Garage and they pieced it together to get me on the road. My Lexus is working just fine since the repairs. I had a 93 V6 Toyota Camry and a Ford Taurus they kept it on the road and took care of it. more

Charlie's Garage does everything in a timely manner. Everything is always done the next day, or 2 or 3 days at the most. They are really fast. I like working with them. When they fix something there are no problems. I also like that when they fix something they educate me about it. Unlike other shops, they don't just fix something and then take your money. They will show me what happened, and what they did. They will also tell me how to avoid it happening in the future. Charlie's Garage always answers all my questions. When my catalytic converter went out they told me all about it. They are very honest. They are there to educate their customers. I didn't know anything about cars, but they always listened and answered my questions. That is why I keep going back. I have no complaints. more

I have been going to Charlie's Garage for a few years now, and it has always been pretty good. I would recommend them highly. I feel confident in those guys. I like to establish a relationship with a garage, and when you go there you feel like a long-term customer. They treat their customers right. more
