I had an appointment at 11:00 am to do oil change, When I arrived (around 11:06) their was 2 customers in front of me in line. both customer were paying for the service they get. by the time I was helped it was around 11:15 am, I give them the keys and wait with my wife and the kids in the waiting area.
Til 12:20 pm they never start the oil change even their was no customer came after me or at the waiting area.
It is not my first time to use their service, but since the business sold and the name change, you feel the different once you arrived.
I will never use their service any more.
