My insurance company referred me to another shop in town. I wasn't happy with the repairs and my insurance company wouldn't help me with the problems I was having with there shop. I guess I learned my lesson with insurance referrals. Apparently, these “pro” shops are there to help the insurance companies and not the customers. So, I went to Milner’s for advice because my neighbor had used them in the past and his cars always looked perfect. I spoke with Ken and he explained some of my options and he helped me through the corrective repairs. I'll be a customer for life. I will never let an insurance company influence where I go, just so they can get by with the bare minimum of repairs with substandard paint and parts.
