Great Service For Many Years!!! 1/4/2011

Milner Body Works have done excellent work for my family, since they opened there doors - Many Years Ago. They repaired my Maverick Grabber, Dodge Ram Truck, PT Crusier, Mercury Sable. Not only did they do great work, they handled all the details; towing, insurance companies, contacting rental company for my replacement vehicle. Their customer service is excellent. They will have my business for many year; and I have referred others to this company. more

Excellent service 1/4/2011

I had my 05' Titan hit in a parking lot. Not only did Milner's fix the panel that was damaged, but also took care of another dent that was not included in the insurance quote at no extra cost. Friendly service and very polite to deal with, and the fact that the owner is your primary contact is in my experience a huge plus. I have recommended their work to several friends, and would do so again. more

Customer for life 8/24/2010

My insurance company referred me to another shop in town. I wasn't happy with the repairs and my insurance company wouldn't help me with the problems I was having with there shop. I guess I learned my lesson with insurance referrals. Apparently, these “pro” shops are there to help the insurance companies and not the customers. So, I went to Milner’s for advice because my neighbor had used them in the past and his cars always looked perfect. I spoke with Ken and he explained some of my options and he helped me through the corrective repairs. I'll be a customer for life. I will never let an insurance company influence where I go, just so they can get by with the bare minimum of repairs with substandard paint and parts. more
