The good -this is a nice looking apartment complex. It is clean. It has a good location. The bad - The walls are thin and the neighbors and traffic are loud. At checkout expect them to nickel and dime you over their low quality appliances.\r

At checkout they will tell you that you need to buy them new stainless faux panels for their fake stainless steel looking appliances that they claim can easily show very minor, barely visible, ""shadows"" in the finish. The apartment people will claim these shadows weren't there before and because they are so insignificant you would not have noticed them at move in even if they were. At final inspection you can expect the apartment inspector to immediately upon entering your apartment go over to the appliances and start looking for shadows. Our inspector told us they fine many people for this. \r

These faux panels are not durable. The apartment people should have installed real quality stainless appliances and then everyone would be better off. Instead they went the cheap way and they will stick you with the cost of keeping up these low quality appliances. It’s win- win for them. By installing cheap appliances they saved money on the purchase and they stick the tenant with the upkeep.\r
\r
We did nothing unusual to damage these appliances and it’s questionable as to if it is damaged since the shadows are so faint. Windsor would not write it off as normal wear and tear. Sadly, there will be no justice for us as it’s really not worth legally fighting them or getting another opinion on whether or not a shadow really exists in the finish because the fees for legally contesting this equal the cost of the panels. So even if we legally win, we lose money on this.\r
