They do not return security deposits without a serious fight. They don't answer or return phone calls and e-mails; you must show up to their offices (1227 Fern Ridge Pkwy) to get any type of a response. It took me over 3 months (legal deadline is 30 days to get deposit back), numerous phone calls and e-mails, a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General, and finally threatening legal action to get my deposit back. Never again.
