Beware! 8/20/2010

They do not return security deposits without a serious fight. They don't answer or return phone calls and e-mails; you must show up to their offices (1227 Fern Ridge Pkwy) to get any type of a response. It took me over 3 months (legal deadline is 30 days to get deposit back), numerous phone calls and e-mails, a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General, and finally threatening legal action to get my deposit back. Never again. more

very disrespectful management 5/11/2010

i currently live in property owned by this company & the property manager is horrible acting & unprofessional. They allow tenats to play music LOUD & become upset when u complain. HORRIBLE. im moving out very soon. This to much to have to live with. Don't live in any property owned by this company more

WON""T RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT 7/23/2009

I moved out of this apartment and left it in perfect condition which they acknowledged. They said i would get all of my deposit back....i have waited two months and nothing. When i call them, they have a bevy of excuses why ....mailed late, people on vacation.... For TWO MONTHS???? They won't even return my phone calls. Lame. I'm now having to take them to small claims court. Pros: Won't return your deposit Cons: Wont return your deposit more

Horrible customer service! 7/6/2008

Poor service. I lived in an apartment managed by this company, Soulard Market Loft Apartments (Soulard Market Lofts). The property was not maintained well at all. The roof leaked & was not fixed for many months. They accepted no responsibility for items damaged by the continuous leaking that was not repaired. Very unethical practices. Pros: na Cons: Horrible service! more
