To me it's is a physical and spiritual neighborhood. Everyone has a common thread, yoga, and they love to pratice. People come from different backgrounds, locations, and points in their lives (yesterday I has a semi famous rocker to my left and a 65 y/o woman) but I come to this sanctuary because when I leave I feel better physically and spiritually. This culture has been developed and maintained by the owner, Amy and I am very proud to tell people that I practice here. Come one, come all and you'll leave a happier, healthier being.
