I had another company tell me it would cost $10-12,000 for a new AC and furnace. I called REO Mechanical for a second opinion. Steve came out on this extremely hot day and began crawling under my house (which the other company didn't bother doing) and he discovered that the problem was with the ducting under my house. He fixed the problem right then and there and saved me thousands of dollars! He never made me feel bad about having to crawl under my house in that heat with all of those spiders. He took time to explain what was needed and before you know it, we had AIR! I'm telling everyone I know about your company. I have been amazed at what I have been hearing about other people's experiences with other companies. I tell them if they want to work for an honest company to call REO Mechanical!
