I called about an issue with my new iPhone and was told to hold as they tried to find a solution. I held each time for 5 to 10 minutes each and was eventually disconnected by their phones (I was calling from my landline). I am usually very patient and the last person to raise a fuss, but by the 4th call I was ready to let them know that I was extremely frustrated. I called back at 8:33, although my first call was before 8:00 and received a message telling me the store was closed. To top it off, the hours posted on the Apple website say that the store is open until 9PM.\r

I have had similar bad experiences in store where service can be hard to find, yet the workers seem to have plenty of time to hang out. I generally try not to judge as sometimes it is hard to tell if someone is working at the same time. But after my repeat VERY poor customer service experiences, I feel justified in my 1 star rating.
