ever since the guy bought it hes let it run down.he wont let matinance buy what they need.to fix things it was a beautiful place when aspen square management owned it .anybody having troulbles should call the attorney generals office.WAIT FOR WINTER...NO HEAT.. LICENSED SERVICE PEOPLE WONT COME BECAUSE HE DOESNT PAY ANYONE ON TIME......ask Syracuse roofing or ask Dick.. at floor and wall remedies.
