ever since the guy bought it hes let it run down.he wont let matinance buy what they need.to fix things it was a beautiful place when aspen square management owned it .anybody having troulbles should call the attorney generals office.WAIT FOR WINTER...NO HEAT.. LICENSED SERVICE PEOPLE WONT COME BECAUSE HE DOESNT PAY ANYONE ON TIME......ask Syracuse roofing or ask Dick.. at floor and wall remedies. more

I moved in about a yr ago and I loved it in the beginning but now I have had nothing but trouble in this place. When something is broke or needs fixing you have to wait forever and the only way to get it done right away is to threaten with moving out or with not paying rent, Then the next day everything is fixed. They dont monitor who they let move in they have young kids with all their friends hanging in the front stairs at all hours (by young I mean teens) there is trash all over this walk way because of that. The play ground is over run with these destructive teens, My husbands car was broken into, My ceiling leaks, as many others do, There is dog crap EVERYWHERE, the ppl that work there dont know what they are doing from one day to the next, she is so over whelmed and lost that she should have someone helping her. This place charges waaaaayyyyyyy too much for them not to fix simple problems in a timely manner. I am currently looking to move but it is hard to find a 3 bedroom in Liverpool that allows pet. They dont fix anything for months unless u call call call and wait! Dogs pee in hallway they dont clean it they mask the smell with fragrant shampoo (it dosent work) cars get broken into in parking lot cars torched and damage was done to near by cars they lose rent checks and tell you dont cancell the check just write a new one! Wtf!! U have to get everything in writing because these people lie and then say i dont remember that and change there story about what they say to you! Its hell here.... I have seven moths left on the lease cant wait to get out of here. These people are no good theifs! Worst place to live...... Oh yeah and they just come into your apartmenrt whenever they feel with no notice to you! more

We rented an apartment from here and were very unhappy with the onsite management. When we moved in we were told that we would get a new sliding glass door because the one we had was broken and did no close right and would not lock. when we moved out a tear later we still did not recieve the new one. We were told it was ordered, then canceled, the ordered again and cancelled. We have been out of that apartment for three months now and we still have not received our deposit back. We were told we were getting all of it back and it would take 45-60 days. We are way over that time frame and when we call to get an update we are told that main office is not working today. It seems that no one ever works. I am sorry to say that we would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Pros: location Cons: management more
