I recently encountered Janus Property when they advertised for low-income 2-bdrm apt for $1027 that I absolutely qualified for. They're not trying to rent those apts, they're just getting government funding to develop those apts. as long as they feel the can't rent the apt, those apts remain vacant. According to the 3rd party realtor, which took my $40 for a credit check - Rapid Realty - those apts have been vacant for years. I think the LANDLORD is hustling poor people and tax payers. He has no integrity, sympathy or good business ethics. BEWARE!
