I never paid so much money to have myself, my family and my guests insulted and treated so poorly. The service at this place was TERRIBLE and the manager was extremely rude and walked away from me several times when I was trying to discuss the service with him. The ignored all of our requests and seemed to just do as they please. It started out with the manager misinforming us about the speaker system at the location and we ended up having NO music for the ENTIRE NIGHT. They also never prepared a separate seating area for the guests of honor as we requested. We had to request the champagne 3 times before it was poured, after all the toasts had been made. We ordered (and over paid for) enough to cover all 150 guests and most individuals got none while others got their glasses over filled or got seconds. The Food was requested to be ready at the table by 7:30 at the latest and was not ready until 9pm (at an event that started at 6pm). When we complained to the manager, he walked away from me the first time and I had to chase him down. Then as we talked with him and told him our complaints, he told us ?your guests are not happy, it is none of my concern?. They started clearing the floor at 10pm when we had it booked until 11 pm and half the guests were still in the hall! I had complaints from guest of them taking food away while they were still eating. The manager and co-owner talked down to me the entire discussion and insulted and mocked an underage guest, then hid in the building for the rest of the evening and refused to talk with us. When we asked to talk with him at the end of the night, we were told by the staff that he did not want to see us.
*edit* ps the day after i posted this review, the manager of the restaurant called to tell me he wanted to sue me for writing a bad review of him... on a restaurant review site!!! the audacity of some people!!!
