I contracted with Mr. Avery to install a Sprinkler System in my yard in May 2009. He stated it would take 3 days to complete the job and I would have a 4 Year Parts and Labor Warranty with the installation so we set a start date. Mr. Avery arrived on the 12 May 2009. I gave him a check for 50% of the cost of the job and he began the work. The next day he showed up late in the afternoon stating that he had an emergency at his last job a broken water line that he had to dig up and repair. He completed the job on the 15th of May 2009 when I paid him the balance. I questioned him about the type of sprinklers he installed. They did not seem up to the job. He insured me they were the best for the job.
