I've used their service department a few times for warranty service on 2 vehicles. The service department is clean, the staff seems friendly and knowledgeable, they provide a shuttle service if you need it (will even pick you up), and they've done a good job with my cars so far. I've only had very minor repairs and basic oil change/tire rotation services done. I completed one of their surveys and complained that my car was returned with a little grime on my dashboard when it was returned to me. The service department manager contacted me immediately by phone and was very apologetic and offered to detail my car at my convenience.
