Tried to get an idea on repairs. Insisted that I pay $59 to come diagnose. Asked if I gave them a specific repair I needed to have done, could I get an estimate of the cost. It was impossible. They said they had to diagnose first even though I would give them the exact diagnosis so they could give me a quote. Stubborn and not willing to do anything unless I paid them to come out first. I was trying to see if I even wanted to consider hiring them first. Now I won't. Bragged that they were an authorized servicer for KitchenAid so I guess they think we are all a captive client, which I will not be unless they are willing to compete. more
