A very unsatisfied Customer - After 4 service calls and switching parts out back and forth my oven is still not fixed and cannot be used. Speaking with the owner I was given two options; continue with service calls and have technicians attempt to fix the issue or purchase a new oven from them. I asked for an alternative solution of being credited for the parts that were installed since the oven is not usable. I was told that was only possible if I purchased an oven from them. So in essence, I would be out the money I had paid for the new parts that did not fix the issue. I have been a loyal customer for many years and been happy with their service in the past, however, I felt that the solutions I was presented with did not give me any options of choosing where I wanted to buy my next oven and that I was being made to buy an appliance from them if I wanted to get credit on the money I spent on the parts. I do not feel this is good customer service and I have chosen to part ways with Saddleback Appliance and take my business elsewhere.\r
