Bob Hamilton came to the house the same day and my air is fixed. HOWEVER, when I called to see how far out they were scheduling the receptionist said there would be a $79 diagnosis regardless of whether we decided to fix it or not. Well, that is not what my receipt says. The repairman charged me $173.11 to diagnose the problem. Although they are efficient their word does not mean anything. I would not trust what they tell you on the phone at all!
