Very disappointed in Best Buy. I am aware though that as a corporate giant they could care less if a customer is unhappy. I called to pre order the iphone 4. Was put on hold for a long time. Then I was told that I could come down and order one. I asked if I could use Gift Cards. Put on hold for over 5 minutes and then a new person came on to ask why I was holding. Then that person said that yes I can use the gift cards. I drove from the opposite end of town to order the phone. Then the person working phones said no I can not. That it was suspended at 10am. I said I just called (it was 1pm). They said they can't do anything about it. The girl who told me they were in stock acted like it was news to her and no one told her int he morning meeting they were sold out. She took my name and told me she'd let me know when I can order it. Well no one has ever called. At least they could have helped a dissatisfied customer out and let her know what was going on. But like I said more
