My concrete is literally falling apart. The top of the concrete is peeling off with chips everywhere. I have to cover it up with rugs to prevent the kids from stepping on the sharp edges or the concrete chips from falling into the pool. I understand concrete will get cracks but this is not cracking - literally the concrete is crumbling at the surface in large areas. I have had concrete professionals take a look at it and they all said it was either poor workmanship or poor concrete - most likely a combination of both. Also my liner is severely wrinkled- again poor workmanship and installation. When you contact them (Majestic and owner John Bunch) they are unresponsive. No returned calls, etc. They were great when the were selling the pool, however, once they have your money - FORGET IT! Stay away.....
