I've had nothing but nightmarish experiences with this company. They are fine when you are buying, but their service department is the worst. They just ignore you if you have a problem. They are rude on the phone and leave you on hold forever. I would never buy anything from this company ever again. more

After using Colley's for a number of years to open our inground pool, we tried Majestic Pools & Spas. The technician that arrived was pleasant but after he left it was obvious he didn't know how to open our particular pool. We had multiple plugs still left in along the wall and drains, and staiway jets were improperly installed. I called to complain and I was told, ""We understand and we will take care of it."" Four months later, we receive a bill showing late changes. I call again and explain what happened. Again I was told, """"We understand and we will take care of it."" Unfortunately, now three months later - they have turned us over to collections. In total, that makes one bill and two phone calls only to be lied to that they would take care of it - and then drop it into collections. Great! So much for a company standing behind the services they provide. Now I get to spend my time and credit rating fighting it. At the time of this writing, the BBB shows that they have had 18 complaints logged against them - many related to quality of service. I should have been wiser to check there or another online service before using them. For all the other ""unaware"" - beware and stay away! more

After 11 years of my Majestic Pool and spill over spa I am totally satisfied. The workmanship and the service have been outstanding throughout all 11 years. They are always there to help if needed. My concrete is literally falling apart. The top of the concrete is peeling off with chips everywhere. I have to cover it up with rugs to prevent the kids from stepping on the sharp edges or the concrete chips from falling into the pool. I understand concrete will get cracks but this is not cracking - literally the concrete is crumbling at the surface in large areas. I have had concrete professionals take a look at it and they all said it was either poor workmanship or poor concrete - most likely a combination of both. Also my liner is severely wrinkled- again poor workmanship and installation. When you contact them (Majestic and owner John Bunch) they are unresponsive. No returned calls, etc. They were great when the were selling the pool, however, once they have your money - FORGET IT! Stay away..... more
